TED Talks is an amazing site which hosts talks from some of the most inspirational and intelligent people in the world, people who have acheived great things, who have discovered amazing things about themselves and the world around them, definitely worth a look at/listen to. They also have them available subtitled in many different languages.

I have heard of and listened to a couple of these TED talks videos, a mate of mine introduced me to them as we both like thinking and trying to understand why humans do what they do, what motivates us, how can we become better and live a fulfilling and rewarding life as well as the ability and willingness to help others. The first one I watched was http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cpc-t-Uwv1I

This is indeed a really interesting site! I got to know it in 2010 and since then I'm always looking for new lectures.. I love the one by Paul Bloom "Origns of pleasure" and "The single story" by Chimamanda Adichie. xx

Yeah, this website is awesome. I've been using this website to teach English to Korean students. My father also loves this site too.

Always warms my heart to witness the rising of a new TED person. Positive change comes from critical thinking which is what TED is all about. Welcome Kat. You seem 2 be an interesting person.
